As the HR Manager of NGDATA, your main responsibility is to provide strategic support in the various HR domains which include Recruitment, Talent Enablement, Employee Counseling, Learning & Development, and more.

  • In this role, you will be able to have a significant impact on our business by co-creating and developing people-centered strategic HR practices.

Opportunities

  • Collaborate in an effective way with the different stakeholders all over the world;
  • Get in touch with different HR practices all around the globe (EMEA, APAC, NA);
  • Work as part of a distributed organization;
  • Define and build the HR organization;
  • You’ll report directly to the COO.

Responsibilities

  • Owning all HR processes, and working closely together with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Driving all recruitment activities on a global scale;
  • Following up on local legislation, and making sure NGDATA is compliant;
  • Handling all administrative HR Tasks;
  • Processing payrolls in multiple countries;
  • Being responsible for the development of the #PeopleOfNGDATA;
  • Coaching and advising employees and managers on all HR related matters;
  • Managing the Belgian Facilities.

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills;
  • Discipline to document and record results;
  • Enjoying constantly expanding your knowledge base;
  • Good advisory skills;
  • Strong Ethical standards;
  • A strong “can do” attitude;
  • You possess analytical and organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Technical background

  • A master’s degree in human resources or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in a general HR role in an international IT environment;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Knowledge of various HR functions including payroll, compensation & benefits, onboarding, evaluation, learning & development;
  • Good understanding of local labor laws;
  • Understanding of international labor law is considered a plus.
