Your impact

As an HR Administrator you will

  • Play a key role in several operational HR flows such as the on- and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth employee experience. This includes;
    • reviewing HR legal documents that are requested prior to start
    • offering support to our new joiners with their (digital) onboarding tasks
    • offering physical/virtual guidance to our employees during their check out procedure
    • offering general employee assistance with data input/procedures in our HR system “Workday”
    • connecting with internal stakeholders for status updates, problem solving, information sharing, …
    • continuously seeking improvements opportunities in the different procedures and contribute to implementing them
  • Act as a point of contact in the first line ticketing support stream by helping out our employees with technical/operational questions covering the broad field of HR (Recruitment, L&D, Payroll,...)
  • Ensure data quality by performing frequent checks, analysing reports and making adjustments where needed;
  • Support the maintenance of our HR knowledge base.
About you
  • Experience with HR software is a plus (Workday);
  • Computer literacy (Google Suite, MS Office);
  • A basic knowledge of labor law is a plus;
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential;
  • Eager to learn in a dynamic, constantly changing environment;
  • A good digital understanding and the ability to use technology;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills;
  • Fluency in English; ideally also in Dutch and/or French.
