We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm, work ethic and a team player with a hands on mentality to become part of our HR team. As HR Representative you will together with the team communicate, implement and administer HR policies and programs.

Your responsibilities will be varied. To give you some insight to what you can expect:

  • Support Compensation & Benefits processes, such as:

    • Company cars, policy and external vendors
    • Group insurance, warrant bonus plan, SOX controls, audits, foreign employees, etc.
  • HR administration & communication: Assist with administration of company-wide, regional or local HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with strategic objectives and legal requirements.

    • Ensure and champion GDPR compliance
    • Support communication effort (newsletters, information articles, intranet)
    • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
    • Conduct information and training sessions to develop employees and/or provide support
    • Support of payroll administration: i.e. time and attendance reporting, temporary personnel coordination.
    • Lead or participate in projects or initiatives to improve the employee engagement, communication and wellbeing of employees.
    • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, addenda etc.

This a temporary role for 12 months

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required or related experience.
  • 0-3 years HR or related experience in specific compensation & benefits and employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Experience with EBlox, Protime and PeopleSoft is a plus.
