Our client, which is a subsidiary of a large international group, looking for anInside Sales Representative to coverthe Benelux or German or UK or Italian market, for their Healthcare department.

As the world leader in personal identification, they offer the widest range of innovative identification products enabling their customers to identify the people attending their events and ensure their safety:

  • Name and promotional badges
  • Personalised/neutral necklaces / lanyards / lanyards
  • Badge holders and identification cards
  • Yoyo badge reels

They have production facilities in the UK, Belgium, USA, Mexico and China.

The position is based in Nivelles and you will work alongside a Field Sales Manager who is the lead for the defined territory.

Your responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales, your role will be to achieve joint monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets in line with profit margins for existing and new business within a defined territory. This position involves both business development and account management responsibilities, as well as an administrative role (drafting tenders, etc.).

More concretely, here is a list of tasks (not exhaustive) that you can expect:

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Manage a high level of daily activity based on key performance indicators (calls, activities, opportunities, quotes, orders).
  • Prospecting and selling new business through proactive hot and cold calling.
  • Tender management
  • Rapid contact with inbound prospects, quotations by telephone.
  • Day to day account management - retention and growth
  • Calling existing customers for repeat orders, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain consistent standards of customer contact
  • Addressing customer concerns
  • Execute all required CRM processes and activities including opportunities, quotes, activities and tickets.
  • Keeping abreast of the competition in the market
  • Maintain product knowledge and seek improvements
  • Sell product(s) within profit margin and pricing guidelines
  • Support other team members as necessary

Profile required:

  • You ideally have 2 or 3 years experience in a commercial function and you have already collaborated in the elaboration of for tenders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or proven experience and motivation
  • An understanding of modern sales techniques
  • Successful candidates will be energetic and enthusiastic salespeople with high integrity and ambition.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets are essential, including Gmail.
  • Experience with CRM systems is desirable
  • Languages spoken : English (working language in the company) and Dutch or German or Italian. French is also useful with colleagues in Nivelles.
  • Flexible approach to working hours
