As theInside Sales Representative, you are responsible for dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and information on the value Honeywell brings to assigned customers, opportunities, and solutions.
The objective of the holder of this position is to provide additional customer coverage (supplementing field sales)and act as customer focal point for campaign generated sales leads. You will provide primary customer interface and will be responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with assigned customers. You will be a team player who works closely, with the Field Service Leaders for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain customer relationships for the assigned territory.
- Network within the customer account and industry.
- Working with Account Managers/ FSLs, Technicians to drive demand and generate customer success.
- Manage and build customer contacts.
- Serve as the customer’s ambassador, trusted advisor, and advocate.
- Analyze service contracts and drive renewals for assigned customers, in order to provide metrics necessary for customer retention.
- Engage assigned customers, on a predetermined schedule, to identify customer needs and present relevant HBS offerings.
- Promote additional HBS services and products.
- Driving demand generation, up-sell services: upgrades, prioritize leads that are developed as opportunities in Salesforce, Pipeline generation, End to End Opportunity Management (Quote creation, approvals, CRM management, negotiation).
- Deliver per annual sales plans, tracking and reporting on the sales opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.

Skills and Experience:
- Fluent French and Dutch. English is required for internal communications.
- Bachelor degree. A Technical Bachelor degree is an asset.
- 3+ years B2B sales experience.
- Relationships builder.
- Good time management.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
