Clarabridge is looking for a Software Integration Developer to work on customer-facing integration projects. This role will provide our customers with expertise in integrating with the Clarabridge product suite, particularly with the Clarabridge Inbox and the Engage product. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Development team to design, implement, and improve integrations.


Whatyou’lldo

  • Work on integration projects, develop services for our enterprise customers. As an example, create an inbox widget to visualize the order status for a consumer.
  • Develop improvements on the customer-facing API together with the Development team. You will be responsible for designing and releasing new versions of the API and improving the ease of integration with the primary goal of satisfying customer requirements better.
  • Maintain API documentation and best practices of integrations.
  • Provide support for existing integrations, troubleshoot, and fix technical issues.
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success team to understand a client’s overall technology direction and provide expertise.
  • Design and architect those solutions together with the customer’s technical team.
  • Set and define an integration vision together with the Product Director. Create and maintain the framework for which types of integrations are worthwhile and strategical. You always think about how to productize the integrations you are working on.

About you

  • Demonstrated expertise with one or more software languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby).
  • Experience in defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration, and deployment.
  • You’re familiar with building services that consume API information. You know your way around a REST/GraphQL/SOAP API. You know how to set up an OAuth flow and how to store secrets securely.
  • Comfortable in advocating and evangelizing technologies in customer-facing meetings.
  • You are organized, technical, and communicative.
  • Curious by nature, love to educate and be educated, enthusiastic about the possibilities

    Bonus points...

    • Working experience with PHP as a programming language.
    • Experience in writing technical documentation.
    • Experience software development on a team using Agile methodology.
    • Know how to manage a project and set priorities.
    • Familiar with Github, CI/CD, and Docker.
