Purpose

T&I (Transformation & Integration), is a Worldline (WL) Production Services (PS) team dedicated to:
  • Manage Transformation and Integration projects / Programs
  • Provide / Manage specific reporting (PMO) for WL global programs & various ongoing activities
  • Manage integrations of recently acquired companies within PS accounting for about 1500 people
  • Within the T&I you will manage international projects / programs related to various aspects of the Worldline IT transformation program.
  • You will manage projects / programs of various complexities, involving multiple teams in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery of international projects / programs with the requested scope, quality, budget and timeframe.
  • Directs & coordinates activities of the project / programs teams to ensure progresses from project initiation through the project closure
  • Monitors progress against project plan
  • Provides leadership & motivation to project team members
  • Leads efforts to solve problems encountered during project execution
  • Develops approach (work breakdown structure) to meet project requirements and scope of deliverables.
  • Identifies plans to execute multiple, diverse projects as a single, unified program
  • Coordinates & respond to request for scope changes
Required Skills
  • Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) or sufficient work experience to demonstrate proficiency at this level.
  • Strong Experience in an international Project / program Management role focusing on Infrastructure and solutions / services projects, engaging various teams (Net, Systems, DB, risk, security, business, compliance,…)
  • Must have proven strong experience creating international project / programs plans and artifacts, status updates/dashboards/reporting, and some financial management and budgeting
  • Candidates should have familiarity with infrastructure products and technologies (Linux/Solaris, Oracle Databases, SAN/NAS storage, Data Centers…)
Competences
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English. Other languages (French, German, Dutch) is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Ability to lead international teams and keep directions
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders (Executive manager; developers, technical teams, risk, compliance, security…)
