You are an ambassador of Eurofins as a trusted recruiting partner and your goal is to attract the best of class executive candidates to the Eurofins Network in order to achieve their goals.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s primary responsibility is to partner with internal clients and research associates and drive the strategy, process, and timelines as it relates to candidate identification and development. This includes a key strategic component in terms of providing consultation to our internal customers regarding the marketplace and constantly evolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver on our promise of outstanding results to our clients
As a key member of the European Talent Acquisition Team, which is structured as an in-house executive search team, you will manage the recruitment of senior executives for our different business lines across Europe normally with an international scope.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description up to signature of the Offer Letter);
- Lead local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, social media, databases and any other open sources) and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy;
- Act as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and work closely with the Heads of the different Department and Divisions;
- Work on improving candidate experience maintaining a very close relationship to attract high potentials and develop a broad professional network of top talent;
- Own all aspects of candidate recruitment including setting strategy, crafting a message, executing on calls/video interviews, networking, developing, and building relationships with candidates, and advising the internal clients on the potential candidates;
- Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business areas, leveraging technology to discover and sustain leads and prospects. Utilize appropriate Social Media sourcing and branding tools to support with talent attraction;
- Execute executive research which may include networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;
- Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data to enable business unit heads and hiring managers to be well-informed on market conditions.
Education
Education: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience
- Overall 3-5 years of recruiting or candidate sourcing experience, delivering end-to-end recruitment assignments, including passive candidates sourcing for open roles, market mapping and creating/maintaining talent pools;
- Of those minimum 3 years of full cycle middle-to-senior level recruitment experience in an agency (Executive Search) or in-house recruitment within a corporate environment is desirable;
- Prior project responsibility for sourcing specialists is key.
Language / IT
- Fluent in English and French; Flemish would be a plus
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
