Function

For our site at TML Ghent, we are looking for an intern for our business development department.

Your Tasks Will Consist Of

  • Together with the marketing team, you will be responsible for the further development of our marketing and communications department for the entire TML group.
  • You will contribute to the further expansion of the visibility of our organization. You will use your knowledge of the various social media channels and keep our website up to date.
  • You learn to make contacts, maintain relationships and are responsible for frequent contacts with internal and external stakeholders, using your knowledge of English and French regularly.
  • You will support the team in drawing up a marketing plan and/or support the various projects/actions resulting from this.
  • You actively participate in the organization of various events, fairs and projects.
  • You participate in various meetings and gain insight in reporting results. We value your opinion and input.
  • Focus on customer retention: you will strengthen and maintain our customers’ current relationships.
  • You actively follow market trends and developments. Based on the market analysis you proactively reach out to new commercial opportunities.
  • You reinforce our Employer Branding and strengthen the credibility of the organization.
