- You have strong analytical skills
- You are able to process and analyse complex and large amount of data
- You are process driven
- You have already obtained your bachelor’s degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
- You have strong interest / experience in the automotive and digitalisation field
- You have strong knowledge and skills of MS Office programs (Excel, Access PowerPoint) and PowerBI visualization tool.
- You have a good command of oral and written English. Knowing other European languages is an asset
- You are a team player with good communication skills, and you are able to present data in a clear and logical way.

Campaign operations department, as part of Customer Quality Division in Quality Function of Toyota Motor Europe is responsible for handling technical field campaigns (Recalls, Customer Satisfaction Campaign, Pre-Delivery Correction) in Europe. This involves preparing necessary documents, parts, tools, repair procedures etc., and launching them across our National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) in Europe.
Your project:
You will be working very closely with our permanent team members and members from other related divisions and will be involved in two digitalisation projects related to vehicles Pre-Delivery Corrections (PDC).
- In the first project you will analyse automation possibilities of repair claims processing (real time) from TME hubs
- In the second project you will explore automation possibilities of vehicle flow-out data (flow-out when vehicles are delivered to customers without having the necessary correction been performed). Based on your findings, you will propose countermeasures to the management and prepare user requirements as input for system development.
