Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship ProgrammeEducation required:You are regularly enrolled in Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, IT, Economics, Management, Supply Chain or Logistics in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement:Fluent in English (C1 or higher) and French (C1 or higher)
Start date: between November and December 2023
Duration:6 months
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do?Where does the role fit?
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Rixensart’s Management of Production Units team working on HBV (Hepatitis B Vaccine), and Malaria
- Develop LEAN tools (6 sigma, etc.) and methodology (DMAIC, etc.)
- Participate to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case
- Implementing process improvements
- Supporting the project leader in established projects with:
- Following up on project actions and making sure decisions taken are put in place
- Keeping track of projects scope
- Schedule and resources
- Project communications
- Stakeholder management & Escalating risks and issues
- Developing knowledge in 6 sigma and lean methodology
- Developing knowledge in digital tools like PowerBi, PowerApps, Azure
- Developing team collaboration skills and working in a fast-paced environment
- Participating to initiatives and projects in Production Units
- Analysing production data and processes
- Participating to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case
- Implementing process improvements
- Supporting the project leader in established projects
