Are you a Master’s student with a keen interest in the exciting world of HR consulting? At PwC we are searching for a motivated intern to support the HR Consulting team.

Our HR Consulting practice builds tailored people and organisation solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic ambitions - reflecting their uniqueness but also grounded in rigorous analysis and data-driven insight - to create lasting, differentiated value.

We help clients to implement organisational transformation, improve the performance of their workforce, develop and move talent around their business, and manage their human capital risks.

We bring together an unmatched combination of industry, business, strategy, talent, HR, analytics and technology expertise, from people strategy through to organisational execution.

What you’ll learn and do

• Support the Managers, Directors and Partner of the HR Consulting team in their daily activities and client projects

• Independently develop a Read-Share-Learn session and facilitate the workshop for consultants and senior consultants of the team

• Autonomously carry out projects with support of a team member, for example, developing business case materials, writing proposals, exploring new trends in HR to improve our ways of working or service offerings

Who you are

• Final year Master’s student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Economics, Human Resources or similar domains

• Proficiency in English is required with fluency in Dutch and/or French

• Any prior experience in talent management, recruitment, learning & development, HR transformation, consulting, is a plus.

• Eye for detail and uncompromising on quality

• Eager to learn

• Sense of responsibility

• Hands-on mentality
