Job description

As IT Business Analyst, your role will be to:

Develop a very good functional understanding and integration of systems and development framework.
Centralize the requirements, needs and business requests expressed;
Check the feasibility of the requests.
Estimate the workload necessary to perform functional and integration analysis;
Carry out impact analysis, if necessary with representatives of other applications, domains or services concerned.
Define the approach to functional analyses and integrations in line with the SAFe Agile approach implemented.
Contribute to the technical architecture in collaboration with the members of the various teams.
Provide adequate information to developers and validate the work done.
Validate the technical design to ensure the functional consistency and integration of the solution.
Perform / Contribute to the definition and / or adaptation of the jobs of the production plan.
Ensure the maintainability and operationalization of the delivered solution.
Guarantee the consistency and improvement of test standards.
Participate in the organization and monitoring of test campaigns with customers.
Participate in the resolution of 2nd and 3rd line incidents.
Perform "root cause" analyses in order to define and execute an action plan to permanently resolve the problems.
Participate in "Business Owners meetings" with professional users for the functional and integration areas under your responsibility.
Participate in the management and documentation of the service catalogue.
