A day in the life of

  • You are the first point of contact for our internal users who submit requests via Jira.
  • You assess the importance and priority of a request or an issue and fix it according to your capabilities.
  • You follow documented procedures (e.g. onboarding of a new hire) and follow up on requests and approvals and ask more feedback when necessary.
  • You maintain end-user documentation & guides.
  • You keep an eye out on our monitoring platform (PRTG) and intervene before issues occur.

I am someone who

  • Has a bachelor’s degree in IT
  • Is fluent in Dutch & English
  • Has just graduated or has a first work experience in IT
  • Has strong administrative skills and values accuracy
  • Is a good communicator and loves to help people
  • Reacts faster than lightning!
