Job content

As an IT Support, your main tasks are :

Providing Customer Support for technical request remotely or on-site at customer’s location
Coordinating the implementation of computerized solutions
Configuring of customer’s technical data in the software
Defining and following up the implementation, documentation, and testing of our software developments
Implementing, testing and documentation of machine drivers for customers production lines
Participating in the implementation of projects for customers in collaboration with other stakeholders in the joinery trade e.g., profile manufacturers, fitting suppliers, toolmakers, machine operators
Preparing and conducting Software training sessions for customers
Expanding customer relationships into long-term partnerships
Supporting commercial trading through technical support for our sales department

Profil

As an IT Support, your main tasks are :

Technical training / technical studies with a good understanding of business aspects
At least 2-3 year of experience in complex IT environment
Experience in the fenestration industry
Experience with Winpro Software a big plus
Use of data bases and programming logic such as Pascal, Delphi etc.
Knowledge of computer numerical control (CNC) machine programming using ISO, SIEMENS, CIX, XILOG, NUM etc. is an advantage
Knowledge of production techniques in industrial joinery (PVC, wood, aluminum) is a plus
Good command of English
Passionate about new technologies and production processes
Willing to travel nationally (up to 50 to 70 %-time share)
