As an On-Site Level 2 IT Support Agent, you will be the go-to person for all IT-related issues at our site. You will ensure that hardware and softwarerun smoothly while providing hands-on support to employees.

  • Technical Support:Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Incident Management:Log and resolve IT issues.
  • Customer Service:Assist colleagues via email, phone, or in person.
  • Documentation & Process Management:Maintain IT documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Training:Provide user guidance and training when needed.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years of experiencein IT support within a medium to large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory & Azure.
  • Ideally experienced with Intune or MDM solutionsfor mobile device management.
  • Excellent communication & service-oriented mindset– you enjoy helping others.
  • Flexibleto cover maintenance events, including high priority outages, outside of normal business hours .
