Emission control shouldn’t be a hassle — and that starts with engineers like you

At Multronic, we develop advanced emission control and energy management systems for high-power applications. You’ll find our technology in marine engines, backup generator sets for data centers, and other industrial machines where reliability is critical. We typically work on big engines ranging from 500 kW to 3000 kW — systems where failure is not an option.

We believe emission systems should be reliable, easy to use, and technically excellent. That’s why we design and build our key technology entirely in-house — from control systems to monitoring tools — and test everything under the harshest conditions until it works flawlessly. We don’t just sell systems. We deliver peace of mind.And we do that by hiring engineers who don’t settle for “good enough.”

Your Role

You’re not someone who sits back and watches. You’re someone who gets involved — hands on, sleeves rolled up, tools in hand.

As a Hands-on Engineer at Multronic, you’ll:

  • Support the development, installation, and testing of advanced aftertreatment systems
  • Build and maintain internal tooling and production equipment
  • Collaborate with our R&D and application teams to improve performance and reliability
  • Help customers with commissioning and support in the field
  • Be part of a team that turns complex challenges into clean, efficient solutions

This role blends mechanical, electrical, and practical engineering — ideal for someone who enjoys real-world problem-solving and seeing their work make a visible impact.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experienceideally in the marine or industrial sector
  • You understand mechanical systems, especially engines and industrial equipment
  • You’re familiar with electrical systems, including wiring, sensors, actuators, and electrical cabinet integration
  • You’re passionate about technology, practical solutions, and getting things done
  • You’re comfortable travelling throughout BENELUX when needed
  • You hold a B driving license
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently; French or German is a bonus
