Accountabilities (for what and to whom)
To the “product Manager”
  • . Supporting the Product Manager in the definition of Plan of Action, Long
Range plan.
  • Contributing on planification of market research studies.
  • Ensuring that Product Specialists are informed about product strategy and
also trained about product characteristics
Responsibilities (what does this role do).
  • To define the Plan of Action together with the Sales Manager, the Product
Manager and Medical Affairs Manager
  • To develop promotional material in line with EU strategies.
  • To drive motivation to Sales Force on brand aspiration (cycle and launch
meetings).
  • To implement partnership with EU PM on strategies and key messages.
  • To collaborate and to make partnership with Medical Affairs and DFO on
clinical studies.
  • To maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • To keep up to date according to developments in the market place.
Authority (what does this role control)
  • To manage resources within agreed product budget (shared with the Product
Manager)
  • To work under the supervision of the Product Manager

  • Product Plan of Action
  • Promotional material and communication plan (cycles and launches)
