Introduction
You will be part of the new IBM Client Innovation Center Belgium where we deliver an industry-leading range of innovative technology services and provide deep technical and industry expertise to local IBM clients across public and private sectors. Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role you will take on a key function for a project portfolio in different sectors consisting of several sub-projects. You will work closely with the respective sub-project managers and various stakeholders to coordinate all administrative and financial matters across the board.

  • Responsible for the overall project administration in the areas of resource management, and financial controlling

  • Review documents and guidelines from authorities and ensure that the relevant requirements are passed on to the appropriate departments

  • Close collaboration with various authorities, departments, core teams and technical advisers

  • Tracking project status and creating reports

  • Quality assurance and coordination of internal and external project processes

  • Act as communication interface for the customer and project staff

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with quality assurance, project documentation, and facilitation of the project team communication

  • Experience in creating financial reports and budgets

  • Excellent understanding of project processes

  • Excellent communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent English and Dutch or French (written & spoken)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
In addition to your technical skills, we would like you to have a strong business understanding and good communication skills.
