To support the growth of our activities in the Banking & Insurance sector, we are currently looking for new colleagues willing to be Business Analyst. Our consultants work with international market leaders to advise them in projects such as, but not limited to, increasing performance, implementing digitalization, ensure change management or deal with Risk & Compliance topics. We offer you a challenging deal with a career opportunity to join our Banking & Insurance team in Belgium.

As a Business Analyst, you will be able to help our clients identify and collect the Business’ needs, analyze, and define the Business’ model using conceptual modelling techniques and methods and acts as the interface between delivery and business teams (also IT).

Your Background

• A Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Sciences or any relevant sector
• Fluent in EnglishandFrenchand/orDutch
• You have at least 3 years of experience inBusiness Analysis
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Good understanding of IT and testing
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communicationskills
• You show resilience and are willing to go the extra mile
• You are passionate about technology and business interests
• A previous experience in banking, insurance or finance is a strong plus
