At Manuchar we are transforming towards our state-of-the-art 2.0 platform and a Business Analyst plays a crucial role in this journey!

As a Business Analyst, you are the voice of our business towards our IT-department. You analyse the information and the processes needed to support our business plans & formulate (non-)functional requirements of the business organization. In addition, you advise on the lifecycle of the information solutions and evaluate the impact in terms of change management.

The core business of Manuchar is supply chain. And in a world of digitalization you see the middleman being cut, so that’s why IT plays a very strategic role in creating a competitive adventage. We are rolling out our end-to-end chemical distribution platform and harbor-to-harbor commodity trading platform, globally to all our affiliates.

Other responsibilities are:

• Run workshops to roll out business projects worldwide.
• Analyse business requirements and design related processes.
• Support Digital Transformation, identify areas for improvement in business processes.
• Develop plans for the continuity of operations.

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• You have senior expertise in commodity trading ("Dycotrade") and/or supply chain.
• You have strong communication skills and succeed in building good relations with international stakeholders.
• You are proactive, adaptive and think in terms of solutions instead of problems.
• You are structured, pragmatic and can challenge people in order to come to a good conclusion.
• Relevant experience with projects in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Experience with BPMN 2.0.
• You are a dynamic team player.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
• You are open to travel.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
