An insurance company, region Antwerp, is looking for a new colleague! For them we are looking for a commercial profile with 3 to 5 years of experience and a Master degree. Is this you? Then you qualify for this vacancy as Business Manager!

Description

  • Your customers are the distributors of the products (insurance brokers, partners, banking agents)
  • You are a real ambassador for your employer and promote the solutions and market strategy in your region You are the commercial link between your company and the brokers, partners and banking agents
  • In collaboration with the broker, partner or bank agent, you define an action plan to achieve the commercial objectives related to the different activities you handle
  • You will encourage the current distributors to increase their profitability
  • You will convincingly motivate the distributors to improve their level of expertise and autonomy in the marketing of solutions (Fire, Accident and Miscellaneous Risks (BOAR) for individuals and companies)
  • You inform your client about all actions/new solutions.

Profile

  • You are in possession of a master degree
  • You have a strong commercial feeling and you are result oriented: you like to work with clear and ambitious objectives
  • You are able to understand the needs of the client and to determine the best solution to propose
  • You are enthusiastic, positive and seize the opportunities offered by an environment in full change
  • You work autonomously and you share your knowledge with your team
  • You are attracted to the financial sector and like working with figures
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a passive knowledge of French
