In concrete terms this means that you


  • You will be the point of contact for all questions and advice related to your customers’ claims file: Opening claims files, contacting the customers and brokers to collect missing information;
  • You manage the claims files as quickly as possible so that the customers/brokers benefit from a quick handling of their file;
  • On the basis of a valid evaluation or estimate and analysis of the elements, you take a position on whether or not to indemnify our insured;
  • Guaranteeing the correct application of the rules in force within the company and therefore carefully checking the procedures and the conformity of all the data;
  • Continually being in contact with all the parties involved, from customer to expert, informing them clearly and correctly about their claim file and handling the administration correctly. All this in order to help them or keep them informed in a swift and professional manner and to reach the best possible settlement at the end of the journey;

Your profile

  • Bachelor in an economic field - accounting, accountancy, finance, insurance, banking, law? If you also have a first experience in the insurance sector, you have an added advantage;
  • or you have min. 2 years of working experience in the insurance or financial sector, if you do not have a bachelor’s degree;
  • Dutch or French speaking with a good knowledge of the second national language;
  • Good multi-tasker with good oral and written communication skills and focus on customer service;
  • Practical problem solver;
  • In working with others, you are flexible, stress resistant and above all very customer oriented and friendly.
