Customer Transaction Services is within Belfius at the cross roads of every customer transaction. The division is responsible for the operational execution of all payments, securities, financial markets transaction & manages the entire customer life cycle. Hence CTS is a structural backbone that drives customer satisfaction & compliancy in almost every customer transaction. To support the management team of Customer Transaction Services we are looking for a corporate office manager.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at fostering collaboration across teams. As a member of the staff of CTS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management team of Customer Transaction Services and driving the division’s strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop, communicate and sustain strategic initiatives within the CTS division.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the CTS division and across the organization. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and documents. Act as a liaison between the leadership team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee key projects and selected initiatives within CTS mainly related to digitization & AI
  • Provide high-level support to the Management team of CTS, organization of internal governance, staff meetings, act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the management team
  • Facilitate & streamline talent & knowledge management throughout CTS

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in French and Dutch with strong English writing skills
  • Proficient in creating high-quality Powerpoint presentations
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence
  • Open positive mind, outspoken & strong can do mentality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
