Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address critical business challenges and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to integrate data science solutions into AI-driven applications and systems.
  • Utilize advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages to streamline data processing, model development, and deployment workflows.
  • Implement and refine state-of-the-art machine learning models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that drive innovation and operational improvements.
  • Oversee data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality, consistent datasets for analysis and modeling.
  • Create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills And Experience

  • A proven track record (3+ years) in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles with tangible business impact.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as Python and R, along with experience in SQL for database management and queries.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, frameworks, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
  • Experience in handling and analyzing large datasets using cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
