What’s in it for you ?
The DSP advisor is part of a team that provides a fully integrated service to one of our clients, an international online retail company that accommodates home delivery with the help of DSP‘s (Delivery Service Providers).
The DSP Advisor provides customer support and advice to the DSP’s and manages supplier relations. The DSP Advisor is responsible for all interventions on vehicles being on the road such as maintenance, technical repair and damage. He/she also oversees the reporting of ‘vehicles off road’ (VOR).
Your responsibilities :
  • You are responsible for contracting, onboarding and training new DSP’s and assuring they have all documentation
  • You act as SPOC (single point of contact) towards all DSP’s by answering questions or resolving problems in first-time resolution and by offering a solution as soon as possible
  • You coordinate complaints coming from DSP’s and you make sure they are resolved as soon as possible
  • You see to it that suppliers (dealers, body repair shops, …) respect the applicable SLA’s and that their services rendered are qualitative
  • You escalate to converters and OEM’s (manufacturors) to ascertain timely delivery of the vehicles
  • You operate the workflow tool ‘Turnkey’ or other for follow-up, delivery and conversion of the vehicles
  • You synchronize with the other departments of LeasePlan in order to set up accurate SLA’s
  • You act as a point of liaison with the central team (at our HQ)
  • You coordinate maintenance and technical repair interventions
  • You check warnings on Geotab, you make an appointment with the selected supplier, you check with the DSP if a replacement car is needed, you liaise with the colleagues of the technical team, …
  • You organise defleetings and deployments and you liaise with the rental team
  • In case of damage, you organize and follow-up on the repair and you keep the DSP informed
  • You ensure the VOR (vehicle off road) reporting is compliant and VOR SLA’s are respected
  • You contribute in creating and developing processes to optimize the way of working
  • You are the point of liaison with the local subsidiary of the client for all operational matters

  • Relevant experience in service industry involving telephone customer contacts, problem solving, quality and speed
