Your tasks as our Engineer
We are looking for an o perations engineer for Telco cloud platform in the cloud & infra operations team to enable 5G delivery. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• S upport ing the telco cloud platform and all its components (infra, Google Anthos, VMware, OpenStack, VNF and CNF, ...) in order to ensure maximum availability
• Testing, delivering and supporting new configurations
• O nboard ing connectivity knowledge related to the telco cloud platform to enable autonomous end-to-end delivery and support of standard datacenter service workflows
• S upport ing the IT and NAS infrastructure into a converged private cloud operating model
• S upport ing infrastructure required for public cloud (PAAS, IAAS)

Our ideal Engineer...
…has a Bachelor or Master ICT with min. 5 years relevant experience. You are customer-oriented, technology driven and open to major changes. Furthermore, you are a teamplayer and have a sense of ownership & responsibility.

You also have following skills:

• strong knowledge in areas of networking, open protocols, load balancing, DNS, TCP/IP v4 and v6.
• experience with one or more public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP…), including infrastructure, storage and platforms
• experience with strategy and implementation for enterprise organizations, managing private/public cloud migration projects
• proficiency with Kubernetes and understanding of monitoring tools including CloudWatch, ELK
• experience in CI/CD (preferably: GitLab)
• experience with Windows, Linux system administration, and/or Enterprise applications
• experience in working with virtualization and containerization technology (VMware, K8S, OpenShift, EKS, GKE, Helm...)
• experience in automation, orchestration, Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible…)
• experience in Authentication Protocols, Identity and Access Management Systems and Key Management Systems
• experience in working with RDBMS and NoSQL
• experience with multiple scripting languages
• experience with working in development teams using agile development methods.
