Your workplace

Our client, a leading player in the chemical industry, is looking for an experienced Equipment Engineer to join their team. As an Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, specifying, selecting, installing, maintaining and optimising equipment for various production plants.

Function

As an Equipment Engineer, you will work closely with various departments within the organisation, such as production, technology, maintenance and project management. You are able to communicate and negotiate effectively to select and install the right equipment to meet the company’s specific needs.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or a similar technical discipline and at least 2 years’ experience in the chemical industry. You have extensive knowledge of the operation of different types of equipment and are able to interpret and implement technical specifications. In addition, you are familiar with international standards and regulations related to equipment safety and quality.
