We are hiring new team members in our Field IT team located at Liège Airport.Come join us in a multi-cultural, multi-language environment spanning all over the world, using modern technologies to deliver the FedEx Purple Promise. Learn what is required to support the packages you receive so quickly. Get involved into incident management. Support users with their numerous requests. Participate in continuous IT modernization projects.Job Description
  • Interacting with end users (both by phone and in person)
  • Learn to configure and troubleshoot industrial equipment and specific software
  • Log and follow tickets on our tracking tool
  • Proactively monitor the estate
  • Assist with different installation tasks in the facility
  • Read and write troubleshooting procedures
  • Perform various tasks related to users requests, from user creation to department move
  • Reload computers through SCCM and make them compliant with our Infosecurity policy
  • Identify and locate non-compliant clients and find the owner to fix
Profile We’re Looking For Is
  • Junior/medior profile in IT Support
  • Fluent French and English
  • Windows-based skillset
