Functieomschrijving:
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, your role is to assist in providing the information for all stakeholders and maintaining and improving control systems. Your role will involve:

  • Payment of AP invoices
  • AR reporting and manual AR invoices
  • Monitoring created outstanding PO’s
  • Voucher logging, matching and follow up AP invoices
  • Statistics declarations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Salary bookings
  • Assistance to monthly management accounts preparation
Profiel:
  • Bachelor degree in finance, or equal by experience
  • 3-5 years experience in working in a fast changing and multicultural environment working in teams
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, and good knowledge of French
  • Full proficiency of microsoft office (excel)
  • JDE, Isabel, Connexis
