Global CRM Manager

For Puratos Headquarters, located at Groot-Bijgaarden, we are looking for a Group CRM Manager.

Do you want to shape our organization’s long-term growth strategy and tools in Sales, Marketing and Business Development Teams? Do you like being a main stakeholder for HQ and for approximately 80 countries, with 2500 CRM users? We might have the challenge for you!

Key Accountabilities

• develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• collaborate with different departments (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure that all customer interactions are tracked and analyzed.
  

• Assess business requirements
• Support CRM users worldwide
• Create reports
• Monitor performance metrics
• Stakeholder management for HQ and in approximately 80 countries for 2500 CRM users.
• Design and execute marketing automation campaigns within the CRM platform to nurture leads, engage costumers and drive conversion.
• Lead CRM deployment and adoption in the countries (including kick-off, Fit Gap, Key User Training, UAT and continuous Post Go Live Support) according to timeline and budget.
• Coordinate all digital tools and systems (PowerBi, SAP, E-commerce, Pitcher…)
• Implement CRM processes, tools and reports to improve organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate with ICT and external integrator company
• Participate in meetings with clients, CRM experts and external providers.
• Develop a data-driven, customer-centric, test-and-learn culture across the company

Who are we looking for?

• Master degree in Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Mathematics, Statistics Computer Sciences … or equivalent by experience in SAP CRM leadership or project management positions
• You have technical expertise in SAP CRM to translate the business requirements and processes into technical solutions and to test new requirements from a business point of view
• You can rely on IT savviness with advanced SAPC4 or S4/Hanna skills.
• You have at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
• You can rely on a proven track record in continuous improvements leadership experiences
• You are able to manage complex projects / SAP deployment with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results.
• You have the ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in challenging situations
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the strong ability to influence decision makers.
• You have the ability to translate complex analyses in easy-to-understand manner, present these to a broad audience and implement a solution
• You have excellent presentation and storytelling skills and ability to influence decision makers
• You have an excellent knowledge of English. Dutch and French, Spanish or any other language is an asset
• You are open to travel (Max. 20%)
