As an HR Data Analyst within our HR Operations department, you will be the driving force behind the analysis, monitoring and reporting of HR processes to optimize the quality of our HR services. With your sharp analytical mind, you ensure that we achieve our organizational objectives in an extremely efficient manner. You excel in translating complex data into clear reports and accompanying recommendations, proactively collaborating with various stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct precise data processing, ensuring that all rules and regulations are correctly applied based on your analyses.
  • Support various HR projects such as organizing social elections, Comp & Ben, Fleet management and the annual budget exercise.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reports, discussing them with relevant stakeholders.
  • Putting a large volume of complex information into comprehensive reports and generate corresponding recommendations, demonstrating your commitment to the organization’s best interests.
  • Approach matters innovatively and strive for process optimization and automation.
Your Profile
  • You are passionate about data analysis and have several years of experience in data processing and analysis, preferably within HR processes.
  • You have experience in managing and handling confidential information and readily immerse yourself in (HR) systems.
  • You are a digital pioneer, with data processing through tools ingrained in your expertise.
  • You are innovative and enjoy looking at process optimization and automation with a fresh perspective.
  • You thrive in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
  • You are adaptable and flexible.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • You can work independently but are also a true team player.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a STRONG plus.
