One of the leading and most innovative retailers in Belgium is currently looking for an HR Officer.

Description

As the central HR point of contact, the goal is to support and guide the evolution towards more Self Service of employees and managers at every level.
You will therefore be part of our People Service Center in which you can develop and continue to challenge yourself.

Your duties:
  • Answering HR related questions (substantive + process related) via mail, phone, face to face, from the employees in a customer friendly way.
  • The correct processing of requests regarding time credit, thematic leave, absences, educational leave, contract increases, ...
  • Following up correspondence from and to external agencies, employees, ...
  • Monitoring administrative processes and procedures for the inflow, transfer and outflow (including: mutations, out of services, ...), certain events in the life cycle of the employee
  • Managing and monitoring the Personnel and Talent administration.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in a business economics direction (law practice, human resources management) or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of HR processes / personnel management, social legislation.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch.
  • You are precise.
  • You are curious and like innovation, digitalization to do work smarter and more customer-oriented.
  • You are communicative, assertive and solution-oriented.
  • You have good analytical skills and a customer- and result-oriented attitude.
  • You have a pro-active attitude and your sense of organization makes you problem-solver and very good at prioritizing.
  • You easily cope with problems and ensure correct service even in stressful situations.
