Be the central point of contact for all HR matters for the line management, employees, social partners, acting as an HR partner
Guide team leaders in understanding the people issues and developing their teams
Ensure that the plant complies with all legal and regulatory requirements, labour laws and company policies
Implement local HR policies and procedures in line with global policies

Have you got what it takes?

A Master’s degree in HR or law or equivalent experience of between 5 and 10 years Experience in labour law in a production plant
Fluent in French and good level of English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team work and managerial skills
