About the job

Key responsibilities include:

  • Within the People team: 50%
    • HR support
  • Providing administrative support related to gathering HR Data, incl. timely sending invites to fill out surveys and data reports, following-up on their completion, aggregating all data, communicating the data.
  • Providing administrative support to a.o. People Strategy meetings incl. organizing & attending Team meetings, taking notes, sharing notes within the community etc.
  • Providing translations from Dutch to French or vice versa related to diverse HR materials;

  • Within the L&D Department:
  • Preparing Training Materials for New store openings;
  • Providing Administrative support related to our Training Centers, incl.. sending out invitations to participants, handling requests from the Training Centers and creating & sharing Participant Certificates;
  • Providing support related to Visual Training cards, incl. printing & preparing training cards for shipping to restaurants, creating new & updating existing VTC’s for all resto’s in both French & Dutch.
  • Providing support related to the QSC Training of Staff Members, incl. explaining the Food Safety & Physical Safety training modules & tests as well as following up on the results of all QSC Tests.

  • Within the Operations Department: 30% dedication
  • Providing support related to SATO prints incl. the creation and adaptation of the SATO & THT Posters, communication & support to the restaurants as required,…
  • Ensuring e-Prod adaptations of all Bluebooks; fill in Raw products tables and translate ops procedures if required
  • Creating the Football field & positioning guide for New Store Openings, as well as adapting existing Football Fields as required;
  • Taking end-to-end responsibility with regards to the Maintenance Calendar incl. their creation, print-out and shipping to restaurants, providing support to the restaurants as required, communicating in the internal newsletter,…
  • Providing translations from Dutch to French or vice versa related to diverse Ops Materials;
  • Adapt & comm ops assignments docs when required

  • Within the Office Management Department – 20% time dedication
  • Be a point of contact for general enquiries, handle incoming/outgoing general (e)mails and calls as well as HQ visitors;
  • Practical organization of meetings, events and special occasions (easter & santa Claus gifts etc) as well as clean desk management;
  • Office entrance management incl. creating and deactivating badges for Staff Employees;
  • Provide general administrative support to the teams incl. filing, correspondence, ordering office supplies, maintaining our databases and lists;

About you now

  • Fluency in Dutch and French (spoken & written), as well as a good level in English (spoken & written);
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Outlook).
