ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our HR team at Ferrero’s Industrial plant in Arlon, Belgium. Reporting directly to the Plant HR Manager, the Industrial HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders at both the plant and Group levels to boost organizational capabilities and empower our people.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working in collaboration with the extended HR team and Centers of Expertise, the Industrial HRBP will:

• Serve as a business partner for assigned managers, offering valuable advice and solutions
• Ensure the correct implementation of all HR processes within the industrial scope
• Oversee talent acquisition and employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talents
• Facilitate learning and development initiatives to enhance people capabilities
• Handle labor relations and maintain positive communication with union representatives
• Facilitate effective internal communication to keep employees informed and engaged
• Implement and monitor reward systems to recognize and incentivize employee performance
• Handle workers’ contracts and addendums
• Optimize resource allocation through workforce planning

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 4-5 years of experience developed in multinational and fast-paced manufacturing companies
• Fluency in French and English
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders
• Analytical skills to shape HR strategies and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks
• A deep understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition, training, employer branding, and rewards, is essential.
• Experience in labor relations and negotiations
• High standards of confidentiality and integrity
