Function

Do you want to be part of creating the next generation of Barco state of art laser projection systems?

We are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager.

You will be responsible for leading both the introduction of new products and (breakthrough) innovation projects within Operations.

As the spokesperson for Operations during these projects you will also work closely together with the different organization like R&D, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Production engineering, etc.. and act as bridge builder between these departments to ensure the projects are handled in the most efficient way possible. You will influence, convince and engage with the different stakeholders to reach the set goal. You will be part of a team of young and more seasoned Engineers who will support you to get you up to speed as soon as possible. Barco is proud of its training program. Your Profile
  • You have a master’s degree or equal by experience
  • You have a first experience in project management & product development is preferable
  • You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and rock the boat
  • You stimulated the critical thinking and creation of new solutions
  • You are results focused and not afraid to take up new challenges
  • You dynamically interact with your team and continuously improve the cooperation and performance.
  • You are analytical.
  • You are interested in new (production) technologies.
  • Experience with lean & 6 six sigma is a plus
  • You are a strong communicator in Dutch and English
