Job Description

As we’re further expanding, we are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Industry Operations Manager to drive enterprise brand growth in key verticals by coordinating sales, marketing and product efforts, sharing knowledge and developing best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Velocity: Drive Brands & Agency team focus on high potential accounts and generate new brand activation; help industry leads become industry experts & drive growth with Enterprise Brands through agency or directly; coordinate unified approach on key global opportunities.
  • Marketing: Define and implement Added Value Services for Brands; create verticalized materials to support industry leads & global Sales team; help marketing develop marketing programs to build awareness and drive sales leads; refine product requirements for product that reflect Enterprise needs.
  • Operational: Quarterly planning framework for Enterprise revenue by Verticals; implement solutions with MIS & local teams to improve business monitoring; coordination with external & internal stakeholder the activation of services for Brands.
Winning Factors - We Are Looking For Evidence Of
  • 3-5 years digital sales or account management experience in a brand-direct or even an agency facing role
  • Proven track record in sales/ account management
  • Clear and concise communication skills and presentation style, for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Consultative selling skills, need to be passionate about understanding client problematics and deliver strong strategic recommendations
  • Resourceful (combine analytical + client facing)
  • Highly motivated & revenue driven
  • Leadership ability to influence colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • A curious and self-starting nature
  • Strategic planning ability and the drive to achieve and stretch targets
  • A team player who thrives on strong collaboration
  • Organised - there is a lot to do
  • Understanding and knowledge of the native, ad-tech, performance marketing and programmatic landscape
  • Fluency in English, other European languages beneficial
