Your Role

As a Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role within our Customer Care Team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to your assigned customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between all involved parties
  • Collaborating with colleagues, including Services Managers, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineers, and Services & Support Engineers
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of Operational Services, emphasizing ownership, quality delivery, and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively proposing improvements with an eye on the overall business impact

Requirements

  • Dutch, French & English Language
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operational or project IT role
  • Higher diploma in an IT field or equivalent experience
  • Broad technical knowledge, enabling you to provide appropriate advice for customers with 30-150 IT users
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop impactful IT solutions in collaboration with customers
  • Experience in Project and/or Service (Delivery) Management is beneficial but not essential
