More customers. Satisfied customers. That’s your goal. As internal account manager, you achieve this by phone and digital channels. Existing customers come to you with questions, but you also proactively seek new customers.
Thanks to you, they’re presented with a selection of our offerings that suit them best. In other words: you make them an offer they can’t refuse, with the right Telenet Business products, connectivity products or connectivity services.
You register your sales and handle the administrative processing. Then you remain the point of contact for your customers. This way you ensure everything is just right while continuously creating opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Profile
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role. You are hungry for new customers (outbound) and want to establish a long-term relationship with them (longer sales cycle of 3-6 months in combination with short cycles).
You organize your work efficiently and work independently. As such, you achieve commercial results quickly.
You’re customer-oriented and service-minded by nature. You understand the customer’s point of view and that of our business.
Giving a presentation or negotiating is a piece of cake for you. You do it confidently, with a good result.
You read, speak and write Dutch, French and English. This allows you to communicate professionally with all colleagues and customers.
If you’ve worked in a telecom or IT environment before, that’s a strong plus.
