We are seeking an IT Project Manager who can combine Information Technology (IT) expertise & Product Analyst skills, with knowledge of the Global Data Privacy environment ,manage global & regional business partner expectations, resolving conflicts between requirements and budgets, thru correct prioritization and business cases elaboration, in alignment with IT regional/global strategy, standards and processes

Must be familiar with Privacy enterprise business, IT end to end accountability, ensuring Privacy functions priorities are properly addressed by regional, global and enterprise teams

This position is in Corporate Business Technology, reporting into the Global Health Care Compliance & Privacy Solution Lead.

Purpose & Responsibilities

Responsible for driving delivery of program (group of related projects) deliverables and interdependencies in an optimized manner to obtain benefits not available from managing them individually

Responsible for managing the successful delivery of a project as defined by the Final Project Objectives (FPO’s) within the agreed upon scope, schedule, and budget

Manages overall program, cross dependencies in projects/ programs and leads the successful delivery of projects to their final project/program objectives

Manages project budget and detailed financial planning, schedule in terms of effort-based project plans with PMx standards and tracking/monitoring of issues, risks, decisions, assumptions and dependencies

Resolves resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects within the program

Directs project team members and manages their activities to meet project objectives

Aligns organization/strategic direction that affects project and program goals and objectives

Resolves issues and change management within a standard governance structure; Escalates risk management to handle issues/ risks at program level

Monitors the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the program are achieved

Ensures adherence to J&J established processes (SDLC, PMx etc.) while executing the project, Governance reporting of programs/projects to PMx standards (health checks)

Develop and manage Privacy Global Regulation Governance Framework with the support of Privacy and ISRM

Final program/project objectives (FPOs) delivered on time and on budget

Responsible to build and implement a robust Global Privacy Regulation management framework and lead overall global program rituals for supporting investments throughout the lifecycle.

Bring together project Plans and create dashboards and status cards by region to review with PLT/Privacy SteerCo

Required

Qualifications
  • Minimum BA/BS degree required.
  • At least 5 years leading technical and / or Enterprise Complex programs and associated teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be a strong proponent of change, primarily by championing change within and across organizational boundaries as well as processes and standards.
  • Experience with data analytics and IT project management practices (required)
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with partners at board level (GOC or TLT) required. Form and maintains strategic relationships and partnerships with relevant leaders and leadership teams engaged in Strategy, Portfolio and Product lifecycle activities – with the goal of successfully turning Strategy into Action
  • Well versed with PMx standards and guidelines
  • Experience with stakeholder and financial management, project management expertise, knowledge of overall strategic direction
  • Agile Scrum framework and JIRA knowledge (Agile PM)
  • Microsoft Project Server as standard PM tool
  • Functions very independently, receiving high-level and/or strategic guidance; able to self-direct, plan and execute initiatives (projects, programs, strategies). Manages business partner expectations at a senior level, resolving discrepancies between requirements and investments Works independently in formulating innovative ideas and solutions on products, processes, and outcomes Provides leadership, mentorship, or guidance to others.
  • Critical thinking and experience crafting insights using analytics to drive portfolio performance is required. Understanding of financial budget processes and how to influence the portfolio to gain investment agility is required.

  • Strong compliance, security & complex, processes, tools and experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Manage large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across domains or enterprise.
  • Provide leadership and guidance in support of organizational goals and enable a Credo-based culture within the team. Assure that company practices and policies are followed and set an example for team members.
