We are currently looking for a Freelance ICT Recruiter. As part of the human resources team, you are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s needs.

You need to have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Youll manage the complete recruitment-cycle from CV up-to contract-proposal.

youll report to the Hr Manager.

Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Active searching on different channels for strong candidates
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Making recommendations to company hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

RequirementsTechnical profile requirements
  • Strong experience as IT Recruiter
  • Good knowledge of IT-organization & IT-profiles
  • Experience in recruitment via social channels
  • Very good knowledge of CRM technology
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
Non-Technical profile requirements
  • Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
  • Customer centered with excellent communicational skills
  • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Quick learner, motivated self-starter
  • Team spirit
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
  • Good people management skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Very good legal knowledge of the local employment law
Methodology/Certification requirements
  • Master’s Degree OR equivalent through experience.
Language proficiencies
  • Fluent in Dutch or French + good knowledge of the other national language
  • ENG
