We are looking for a junior recruiter who would be responsible for finding padawans or even master yodas.

Responsibilities

You will be assisting our lovely Coline who is in charge of the recruitment for Emakina.BE.
She will coach and train you on how within this galaxy, you will hunt the planets for new talents with tools that you should be quickly familiar with (LinkedIn, Trakstar, …).

You will therefore need to understand the skills of a designer, a developer, an account manager, a creative, a strategist, an information architect, a project manager ... and many more. Yes, our army is very broad and creative.

Your main mission is to identify new talents that corresponds to needs we have, and review the candidate requirements with the available positions.
You will communicate with candidates and set up interviews

For some profiles, you will also have the chance to participate to interviews.

You will post job applications on job sites.

You will assist the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.

You will manage the résumé database

You will also be responsible for finding good people who can join us for missions that are limited in time - we call them freelancers.

Profile

  • Your attitude, communication and capacity to learn quickly are key for this role.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field.
  • Preferably previous experience working as a junior recruiter.
  • Preferably knowledge of recruitment software and database systems.
  • You need to have a good understanding of the work being done within a digital agency.
  • Therefore 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing or IT is helpful ...otherwise you will need to demonstrate how you can compensate this
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be the storefront of the agency for many candidates
  • Very good reporting skills (we expect a detailed report for each interview)
  • Advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Fluent in English & Dutch (French is a plus).
