For our Digital Marketing Team we are looking for a senior performance marketer and growth hacker.

Envision and implement growth strategies and tactics for the digital channels
Develop and choose the right KPIs
Validate value propositions and campaign approaches
Bring new users and prospect to the digital channels of our clients by relentlessly digging into the data, ideating, testing, and optimizing
Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (all forms of paid media and search driven advertising) and experiments with the focus on growth and data-first
Develop creative action-plans to boost SEO and SEA traffic
Analyze the impact of your action-plans and optimize your results
Bring the spirit of growth team, educate your teammates and clients about customer development and growth hacking
Conceptualize new features and improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Set up and run A/B & MVT tests, often, but not always
You will work in multi talented team of Designers, UXers, Content producers and many more.

At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing environment
Experienced with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, SEO and Search Engine Marketing
Very hands-on with digtal analytics tools and the setup of dasboards
Experienced with reporting and interpreting data (Google Analytics)
Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, strong negotiation & communication skills
Fluent in English + fluent in Dutch (or French).
