Junior Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with internal clients and stakeholders to discuss webpage and email design and function.

• Designing and building the webpages with the existing WP theme.

• Creating the website architecture.

• Configure plug-ins.

• Conducting website performance tests.

• Troubleshooting content and functionality issues.

• Conducting WordPress training with the internal client and provide support.

• Monitoring the performance of the live websites.

Junior Developer Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience as a front-end web developer and ability to comply with WCAG 2.1 and WP coding standards.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

• Knowledge of HTML email development.

• Understanding of typography and web design.

• Proven ability to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and preferably also Adobe XD.

• Good understanding of website architecture, usability, and aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Able to work under stress and multi-tasking.

• Excellent communication skills.
