- Contribute to the implementation of the global marketing plan initiatives, based on AXA’s strategy.
- Develop, implement &/or enhance digital customer journeys & services to boost sales and delight the customers by bringing added value to our insurance products.
- Develop value propositions across products or customer journeys supporting customer acquisition and loyalty in close collaboration with other departments.
- Deploy upsell and cross-sell campaigns while ensuring end-to-end realization.
- Contribute to AXA’s SEO ambitions by creating content with added value for the targeted customer segment.
- Keep an eye on the competitors & give visibility about initiatives linked to your scope/customer segment.
- Roll out campaigns & go-to-market plans (including communication aspects) to launch or create awareness on P&C Retail products on the market.
Your Profile
Holder of a master’s degree or a bachelor’ degree with proven professional experiences- You have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing
- Good knowledge of insurance, products bank products (especially for P&C Retail)
- You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- You have strong project management skills. You know how to work in project mode (agile)
- You have experience with copywriting & UX writing
- You have a 360° vision, you communicate easily, you are collaborative and a good listener
- You can produce compelling presentations and translate complex insurance products into attractive customer-oriented services
- You dare to decide and propose ambitious solutions without losing sight of the customer experience.
- You are looking for challenge and want to be part of a dynamic team, working together as one in a nice atmosphere.
