As New Business Manager you are responsible for generating profitable growth in the assigned region and segment through direct sales and sales via distribution. The New Business Manager CT/LIC (Commercial Transport & Light Industrial Coating) BeLux works in Belgium and Luxembourg.In this role, you will build strong relationships with dealers, prospects and end-users, such as fleet owners, truck and public transport paint shops, machine, trailer and bulk transport manufacturers, construction, earthmoving and agricultural machine builders, etc.You will become part of the CT/LIC Benelux team within the Automotive Refinish business unit. This team consists of a number of Belgian and Dutch sales and technical specialists and is based in Mechelen and Hoogeveen.Are you the hunter with the ability to grow our business, do you have affinity within the segment and are you looking for a new challenge? • Hunting and ensuring that the supporting infrastructure is in place to manage these accounts.
• Improve market penetration by continuously building your network and relationships. Work closely with the Benelux Business Manager to define and maximise new opportunities.
• Work with the Technical Account Managers to support the customers where necessary to improve the existing business relationships.
• Responsible for logging all customer meetings to meet quantitative and qualitative targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or proven work experience within the automotive or industrial segment.
• Excellent command of the Dutch, French and English languages, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of German is an additional asset.
• Commercially driven with a hunter’s mentality. At the same time, you are a great teammate.
• You have the flexibility to travel throughout the region.
• You will be based out of Mechelen.
