  • A high school diploma with a minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Good hand/finger dexterity to handle tools and tiny items using tweezers. Able to stand for a long period of time.
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience in a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment
  • Good communication skills : ENG

For a new device assembly line to manufacture state of the art drug delivery devices, we are looking for assembly support operators. The assembly processes are for a large extend manual handlings, requiring accurate operations. The device that needs assembly is used for targeted release in the bladder and is very small (about the size of a large coin). Accuracy, consistent performance and experience with small devices is crucial for this project to be successful


  • Assembly of devices used for R&D purposes working in a controlled laboratory environment.
  • Performing assembly operations according to standard operating procedures and batch records, and record production data and information in a clear, concise, format according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Operating equipment to assemble and package the devices to manufacture finished products according to established specifications: performing basic setups, use balances, manual tooling, sealers, glue dispensers.
  • Executing tasks accurately in a manner consistent with the safety policies, quality systems and protocol requirements.
  • Complete the production tasks required within the communicated deadlines.
  • Reading the production schedule and collects input from the supervisor to understand goods movements, material requirements and key tasks for the batch.
  • Interpreting instructions and specifications to set up equipment. Notifying supervisor of maintenance and/or repairs needed on equipment.
  • Handling pharmaceutical products in containment areas.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing related equipment and work areas as needed.
  • Maintaining an updated and current training record and adheres to training timelines.
  • Driving continuousimprovement of assembly operations leveraging own observation as well as input of team members.
  • Performing straightforward lab tests in support of the PC&D team according to prescribed procedures.
