9 Month Contract

Our client is hiring an Outsourcing Officer to contribute to the development of continuity management plans, business situation analyses, and organisational change management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning, designing and testing of contingency plans
  • Plan, manage and investigate business situation analysis where there is significant ambiguity and complexity
  • Advise on the approach and techniques to be used for business situation analysis
  • Develop the change management approach in collaboration with users and project teams
  • Develop policies and guidelines to ensure effective supplier management across the integrated supply chain

Requirements

  • Security Clearance: NATO Secret (Must be active to be considered)
  • Educated to degree level
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Experience managing services and projects in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with setting and managing outsourcing plans and smart sourcing projects

This is a 9-month contract position with the chance of being extended, although it cannot be guaranteed.
