You are trilingual and you have at least 5 years of expertise in Project Management and Digital Health solutions?

  • Education Degree in Medical (Bio-Medical or Pharma is ideal)
  • Senior level
  • Min. 5 years of expertise in Project Management and Digital Health solutions’
  • Proven digital skills (Digital Patient Data,), experience with wearables, dashboards and/or health data integration in EMRs (Electronic Medical Records)
  • Experience in Pharmacology industry – Good knowledge of a Patient Journey
  • NL and FR are mandatory as he/she will be in contact with Doctors, and English is mandatory as well as he/she will have to make presentation

Driving new digital solutions
to increase outcome for patients in the areas of rheumatology. Our aim is to ultimately improve the impact of the company medicines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the entire project management of a key digital health initiative aiming at increasing patient outcomes
  • Building partnerships with key stakeholders including health care professionals, patient associations, relevant start-ups, (IT departments in) hospitals, to understand their needs in close collaboration with the sales & marketing organization and a fellow patient outcome colleague
  • Ensuring that our solutions are focusing on unmet patient and HCP needs by reflecting these needs in the solution design requirements by working closing with your digital counterpart (internally) or a given start-up (externally)
  • Co-creating solutions with health care professionals to enhance broad usage of the developed patient support solutions with the intention to both develop and scale solutions within Belgium as well as reapplying solutions from/to other markets
  • Applying design thinking philosophy to advance the digital health solution(s)
  • Leading the overall customer solutions plan closely aligned with the brand strategic plans while interacting with all relevant Pfizer departments. Special focus is on supporting medical and H&V colleagues in data collection when building evidence of impact of solution in health outcomes
  • Facilitating co-creation workshops, organizing planning and training sessions and engaging HCPs in 1:1 meetings.

This role is reporting directly to the Country lead. It is not part of the fieldforce, although seamless cooperation with Sales and Marketing function is important in order to ensure excellent execution of strategies and tactics.
